50m self contained rescue kit to be used by trained persons to perform snatch or pick off rescues when a person has fallen or become unable to help themselves. Suitable for conventional Cut rescue methods.
Designed and tested for a two person load. POWERLOCK descender CE / UKCA approved with 200kg has also passed EN12841C dynamic (drop) test with 275kg. POWERLOCK can also be used as a lowering device. The rope can be removed and re-threaded for multiple or repeat lowering operations. Pre-rigged pick off sling and safety shears for traditional cut style rescue method. Descender has over lock to prevent accidental descent. Anchorage sling pre-attached and protected by webbing sleeve. Packed in a tough bag with shoulder carry straps and karabiner loop. A safe working load that allows for 2 large workers plus equipment. Pre-rigged for speed and ease of use. The descender has a large and easy to use handle that will stop the decent if pulled too hard giving a safe decent. The complete system is supplied in a robust, sealed protective Kari bag within an interior hermetically sealed vacuum foil bag with integrated humidity indicator, giving the whole system a 10 year life span with simple easy to use inspection process. All contents are protected with a padded lining with inspection / reseal pack included. From an environmental perspective, the ProSeal typically extends the useful life of the contained products, resulting in a more environmentally sustainable product with fewer materials and resources needed over its lifetime. The desiccant used to maintain the internal atmosphere, Bentonite, is also completely natural and fully biodegradable unlike silica which is highly resource intensive and polluting both to make and dispose of.
